Hardware design

Systec Designs is providing Schematics and PCB design upon request.

Our strong point is RF design for different communication technologies like WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Custom RF for frequencies up to 18 GHz.

Deliveries after design

• Altium component libraries;
• Project files with all output jobs, ready for production (Gerber, BOM, assembly files, PCB stackup, and PCB);
• Simulation results of key circuits.

2D/3D design

We can design different mechanical parts, including enclosures, test benches, and other mechanical products.

We can provide Molds for plastic injection design (trusted partners).

Deliveries after design

• 3D and 2D drawings with Solidworks sources;
• Moldflow analysis (extra cost).

Embedded software design

We are focused on ARM MCUs and can develop Firmware for STM32, PIC8, PIC18, PIC32MX based on embedded C (FSM, RTOS).

Deliveries after development

• Full project with all included libraries and Doxygen documentation.

RF testing

We have good experience in designing, testing, and producing wireless technologies. Our laboratories, located in Vilnius and Amsterdam, are equipped to conduct pre-compliance measurements up to 18 GHz.

• Antenna selection and testing;
• Antenna matching.

Deliveries after design

• Antenna matching circuit with the P/N Smith chart;
• Output gain measuring report.
